All large groups welcome ... private and public!

Are you an educator from a school or perhaps a homeschooler? Sky's The Limit Observatory & Nature Center invites you to make our campus and outdoor classroom for your students.

Sky's The Limit field tripsDiscovery Days field trips start with an introduction to desert geology and weather conditions before proceeding to three main event stations:

  1. The Orrery: A true-to-scale, true-to-position representation of the solar system at 20 billion to 1
  2. The Nature Trail: Showcasing local botany and seasonal flora
  3. The Solar Telescope: Safely view the Sun with a special telescope

Sky's The Limit field tripsDividing large groups into groups of 10-12 students is suggested.
